#31dc2015 Day 5: Blue

Hello mani lovers!

No, neither of us are crazy. I intentionally skipped a blog post about my Day 4: Green nails because I just don’t care for them that much. So here are my blue ones!

These are so fun and I was sad to see them go! I wanted something quick yet elegant and I think I accomplished that pretty well.

Products used:
Black: Wet n Wild “Black Creme”
Green: Studio M “Holiday Splendor” (manufactured by Color Club)
Blue: Zoya “Dream”
Mermaid Stencils by Twinkled T
Eyeshadow applicators
Topped with Seche Vite!

It was almost too easy, so this is a beginner mani. All I did was one coat of Black Creme (yeah, that’s all you need!) and topped it with Seche and let it dry for about 10 mins (but let’s be honest: it was more like 6 mins). Then I applied the stencils and sponged on the glitter! No, I didn’t use any “peely stuff” because I’m not a messy painter. I used the eyeshadow applicator to sponge on the glitter. It works better than a makeup wedge and absorbs more of the base than a makeup wedge would, allowing ultimate holo payoff! Top it all with Seche 😁

Let me know if you have any qyestions about my procedure or anything else I mentioned! I’d love to hear from you! 🙂
